It’s probably a good idea not to mess with those behind In-N-Out burger or its reclusive heiress. In court documents obtained by The Fix, the restaurant chain has taken legal action against Youtube doofus Code Roeder for pretending to be the ex-husband of Mrs Snyder-Ellington (the billionaire heiress of the company) so he could attempt to get free food.
Court documents show that Roeder appeared at several of their locations throughout Southern California in business attire, and, even had a name tag sporting Ellington ‘s former last name. Interestingly, Roeder also apparently claimed to be acting CEO (although Ellington is the only CEO from what we know). The chain is seeking upwards of $25,000 in damages and a restraining order banning the punk from their restaurant.
Roeder has since deleted the viral videos from his Youtube channel.
