DAPCHI, NIGERIA — Big news in the village of Dapchi today, as, The Fix has confirmed that at least 76 of the missing 110 Nigerian school girls have been returned home. But, their returning home, apparently comes with a vicious warning from the terrorist group: do not return to school.
Around 2 am this morning, nine Boko Horam trucks rolled into the village of Dapchi — where they released the girls. Villagers were already hiding upon hearing about their arrival, but, were shocked to see their girls emerging from the vehicles. Local authorities say there was no confrontation, although, they’re not sure how to proceed about the warning.
Meanwhile, we have also learned that at least 5 of the girls are dead. Amnesty International has called for an investigation into the Nigerian governments response to the attack.
