Good news for former Trump-U students. According to an appeals court in San Francisco, a $25m settlement in the case of Trump ‘s fraudulent University is finally settled. Court documents show that an appeals judge approved the settlement Wednesday, marking the end, to a bitter court dispute that the President hoped to avoid.
Court docs also show that students are expected to get 80 to 90% back plus some of what they paid to the school while it was open from 2005 to 2010. The White House has not commented on the settlement as of this time.
