She was one of the first prominent women to accuse a prominent man of sexual abuse, and, at a large scale. Dylan Farrow, ehum, has now appeared for the first time on television discussing Woody Allen. In an interview with CBS This Morning, Mia Farrow speaks to Gayle King for the first time discussing that she “wanted to come forward to tell her story, and, speak up to voice her issues”.
“I was already deeply traumatized” she says of the incident on 4 August 1992. In the interview, which gets pretty graphic, Farrow says that he touched both her vulva and libia when she was just 7 years old. (During the publication of this report, we have received a statement from Woody Allen, we’ll continue in a moment).
Farrow claims that her mum, Mia, has been the driving force behind her coming forth. As we discussed, here is the statement from Woody Allen regarding the appearance on CBS This Morning.
“I never molested my daughter in any form or way. The allegations that suggest otherwise are ridiculous and without truthful layers” reads a statement from a reported Allen rep.
