Lebanese officials have had it with people apparently warming up to Israel, so much, that the likes of Steven Spielberg have found his latest movie “The Post” banned in the country.    According to reports,   the hot-button film about freedom of the press will not be shown in the country “as long as Spielberg maintains support for Israel”.

Movie cinemas in Beirut have already taken down posters in support of the film, although, the recommendation fo blacklisting the film hasn’t been signed by the Interior Minister as of yet.    In 2007, a leaked State Department memo showed that Spielberg was blacklisted by the Arab League for supporting Israel.
